Held in person every three years, Recharge is an opportunity to reflect, recharge, and reset your leadership. Continue your ALL experience and leadership journey with additional curriculum and thought-provoking sessions led by distinguished leaders from across the advancement industry and beyond.

Giving to ALL
It was admittedly a surprise when, toward the end of the first cohort in 2018, participants began to ask where they could make a gift. It hadn’t crossed our minds! Since then, with your encouragement, we have created the opportunity and have been astounded that more than 50% of alumni have chosen to make gifts to support our mission to develop leaders that can transform their industries and the profession.
We know that your generosity reflects the importance of the program to you, and we will strive to sustain, evolve and, when needed, improve the experience for many cohorts to come.
